Objective: Although hyponatremia is one of the most common electrolyte abnormalities in children with lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI), the number of relevant research is limited. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between serum sodium levels and other laboratory parameters, as well as radiological findings and clinical outcomes in children with LRTI.
