Özet

Primary dissections of the abdominal aorta are rare and in most cases traumatic in origin. However, the natural history of isolated iatrogenic abdominal aortic dissection has not been well defined. This report describes a case of a 69-year-old patient with iatrogenic dissection of the abdominal aorta after arteriography and delayed surgical approach. © 2007 Society for Vascular Nursing, Inc.
