Özet

The rapid integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into business processes profoundly affects employees' technostress perceptions. This study aims to comprehensively examine AI-driven technostress elements in the IT sector and analyze their challenge and hindrance effects on work behaviors through an integrated model. Adopting a qualitative research design, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with professionals in Techno-parks. The primary data obtained were systematically analyzed using MAXQDA software. The findings reveal that AI usage exerts a "double-edged sword" effect. AI acts as a challenge technostress source that enhances work performance through "usefulness, time-saving, and highquality work output". Conversely, factors like "unreliability, over-reliance, and techno-insecurity" transform into hindrance stress sources that trigger a loss of autonomy and anxiety. This study contributes a robust theoretical foundation to the literature by redefining elements.
