This study demonstrates a polymelia case in a 35-day old chicken possessing double vents, rectums and triple cecums. Gross anatomic dissection was revealed an additional irregular bone attaching to the left ileum, synsacrum, and caudal vertebrae. A single potent femur joined distally to this bone. A larger tibiotarsal bone, in turn, fused with the distal end of the femur. The divided each distal ends of the tibiotarsal bone was also observed to hold a rudimentary leg. In the material disected, there were three nearly equal cecums. The rectum was observed to divide into two equal components caudally 5 cm far from its origin, ending with two vents. The right vent was functional only. The median sacral artery anormally descended at caudal direction, supplying the rudimentary leg which was away from the body. The other leg was nourished by a vessel originated from the left side of the sacral part of the aorta.
