Cystic angiomatosis of bone is a rare disorder characterized by widespread, lytic bone lesions with or without associated soft tissue cystic lesions. Its etiology is unknown. Cystic lesions may become sclerotic following surgical procedures such as curretage or even spontaneously. In most of cases, the diagnosis is made by the radiologic findings of multiple, cystic lesions of the skeletal system. Differentiation of the disease is important because disease's prognosis is usually benign and the other diseases which resemble cystic angiomatosis are more progressive than it. Here in this article, a case of 71 year old male with stroke who has diagnosis of cystic angiomatosis clinically and radiographically is presented.
