This research has been conducted in order to determine the choice of the students of School of Home Economics, Ankara University to spend their free time activities and to evaluate whether the class is efficient to spend their free time. 204 students of the School of Home Economics, Ankara University constitute the sample to this research. In the research a "General Form of Information" developed by the researchers in order to obtain the general information in relation to the students and their families and a poll on the topic how do you spend your free time has been used which encompass the information on free tiftle, it's use and the choices that have been made. The Test Kay-Kare has been used in order to determine the effectiveness of the class when students spent their free time. The result of this research has been based on the opinions whether there are supportive possibilities on spending students free time and it has showed that the class that they are in is a determinant factor.
