Özet

Angiogenesis is essential for tumor growth and metastasis. Targeting angiogenesis is one of the recent progresses in the therapeutic area of cancer. Gene therapy is one of the promising strategies in the treatment of cancer. The gene therapy vectors targeting tumor endothelium carry the great therapeutic potential in cancer. © 2013 Association of Oncology.
