Özet

This research was carried out to determine the effect of 20.20.20. fertilizer which is use as supplementation on the yield and quality of Agaricus bisporus mushrooms. This fertilizer was applied in 6 different dosage as 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 and 6400 ppm/1 kg compost immediately after casing. Yield increased 40.1 %, 18.6 % and 17.2 % in 200, 400, and 800 ppm/1 kg compost applications respectively compared with control. On the other hand 1600, 3200 and 6400 ppm/1 kg compost applications reduced the yield 38.7 %, 40.5 % and 70.6 % respectively compared with control. Crude protein content also varied among the treatments. The highest crude protein content was determined to be 6.97 % in 800 ppm/1 kg compost application while control gave the lovest crude protein value as 5.36 %.
