The role of the pharmacist is very important in pediatric medicine use, informing and guiding the parents correctly. Pharmacist's knowledge and sufficiency and contacting ability to the doctor are very important in informing and guiding the parents. In this study the attitudes of the pharmacists in use of pediatric medicines and their guiding to parents are tried to be determined. The material of this study is 248 questionnaires received from community pharmacists who work in Ankara. According to the results; 43.6% of the pharmacists have difficulties in administerives the bioequivalent of the prescribed medicines in the pediatric prescriptions. Almost all of the pharmacists give antibiotics without a prescription to pediatric patients and most of the pharmacists prefer the original molecule in pediatric medicines.
