Özet
Rational design of highly efficient and robust heterostructures assembled from species of different dimensions is a promising strategy to address the sluggish kinetics for alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Herein, we present a facile method to fabricate a hierarchical heterostructure on nickel foam, consisting of MOF-74-derived Ni–Co alloys and Ni–Co oxides encapsulated in a nitrogen-doped carbon shell, supported on 2D MXene nanosheets (denoted as Ni–Co/Ni–Co–O@C–MXene/NF). The unique architecture benefits from the synergistic effects between the highly conductive MXene network and the porous MOF-derived metallic/metal–oxide heterojunctions. Interfacial engineering effectively modulates the electronic structure of the active sites, optimizing the adsorption energies of oxygenated intermediates. Consequently, Ni–Co/Ni–Co–O@C–MXene/NF displays remarkable electrocatalytic performance with low overpotentials of 231 mV@10 mA cm−2 for the OER and 92 mV@10 mA cm−2 for the HER, along with distinguished long-term durability in 1.0 M KOH. Furthermore, an alkaline electrolyzer assembled with this bifunctional catalyst delivers a cell voltage of only 1.552 V at 10 mA cm−2 in 1.0 M KOH. Moreover, it exhibits competitive activity and high stability in 1.0 M KOH seawater and even 6.0 M KOH for over 100 h at 100 mA cm−2. This work provides a robust strategy for designing efficient MOF/MXene-based heterostructures for advanced energy conversion technologies.
