Özet

A 48-year-old woman had surgery for ureteral lithiasis. The left femoral artery was injured during the operation and a femoral graft was used. Infection was detected at the site of the graft. She had persistent edema of the left lower extremity. Pelvic and femoral ultrasonography revealed a cystic collection measuring 4.5 x 1.5 cm. Color Doppler ultrasonography of the lower extremities and pelvis showed slightly decreased flow of the left superficial femoral vein compared with the right femoral vein. Lymphoscintigraphy identified blockage of truncal flow in the left thigh, with pooling and dermal backflow.
