A case of calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor (Pindborg tumor) with an unusual location is presented. This slow growing and rare tumor is generally seen in adults. It is located in the molar and premolar region and has been found in the mandible twice as often as in the maxilla. In the case presented here the tumor was removed from the right frontal sinus, which is very unusual and we did not find a similar case reported in the literature. In this case the tumor was totally removed and no radiotherapy was given.
