Özet

Chemical investigations of the aerial parts of Vinca major have resulted in the isolation of two new alkaloids, 10-methoxyperakine and vincawajine. Another alkaloid, 10-methoxyvinorine, is reported for the first time from this species. The structures were determined using spectroscopic techniques.
