Özet

This study aims to unveil teacher candidates' progress in lesson planning using the Lesson Study (LS) approach. Through action research, lesson plans generated by teacher candidates underwent content analysis and subsequent interviews. The findings revealed that collaborative work among social studies teacher candidates led to more feasible and content-rich lesson plans. The study underscores the efficacy of collaborative work in producing more viable and content-rich lesson plans. These outcomes underscore the potential of LS Teams to contribute to the professional growth of teacher candidates and deepen their understanding of their field.
