30 years old, G0P0

Routine gynecological examination

TVUSG::

•Endometrioma: 11 cm left ovary
•No any additional pathology

Preoperative AMH: 2.93 ng/mL

Performed laparoscopic ethanol sclerotheraphy surgery

-Direct trocar entry to the cyst for preventing cyst fluid spillage in to the peritoneal cavity. 

-Cyst drainage and irrigation. 

-Ethanol (%90) sclerotheraphy (15 min)  using 16F urinary catheter for avoiding ethanol leakage. 

6 month follow up AMH: 2.77 ng/mL, no recurrence


Conclusion

Surgical laparoscopic sclerotheraphy is an effective approach for the patients with  endometrioma desiring fertility.
