Özet

In this paper, we determine a surface A by means of homothetic motion in E-4 and we give necessary and sufficient conditions for flat surface A with flat normal bundle to have pointwise 1-type Gauss map. Also, we show that flat surface A with flat normal bundle which have pointwise 1-type Gauss map of the first kind is a Clifford Torus. Morever, we obtain a characterization of minimal surface A with pointwise 1-type Gauss map.
