BackgroundThe load-to-failure performance of computer-assisted design and computer-assisted manufacturing (CAD-CAM) high performance polymers (HPP) and new generation cubic zirconia (Zir) material when used with titanium (Ti) bases for implant-supported fixed prostheses with cantilevers is unknown.
