Özet

Colon lesions resulting from abdominal injury present of important problems in surgery, if colon lesions occur after abdominal surgery, there will be an important increase in mortality and morbidity resulting from fecal contamination. The most important factor showing prognosis is choosing the correct strategy in the treatment of these patients who generally come to the hospital in early stage. The staging of the colon lesions treated with surgery and planning of the treatment according to this method is used for long years. In this article we investigate 24 patients with colorectal injury treated between the years 1991-1995.
