Abstract

In this paper, we give a generalization of the integral type Jakimovski-Leviatan operators, introduced by Ciupa [1]. Theorems on convergence and the rate of convergence of the operators by using the first and second order modulus of continuity are established. We also study the convergence of these operators in a weighted space of functions.
