Özet

The diagnosis of chronic major-vessel thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension was made in a 63-year-old man by non- invasive methods (Echo, CT, MRI) and confirmed by pulmonary angiography and surgery. All these methods proved very useful in detecting and defining this rare entity. © 1993 The European Society of Cardiology.
