Abstract

Although rare, massive inguinoscrotal herniation of the bladder, also called scrotal cystocele, is a well-known phenomenon. However, only a few cases of massive bladder herniation associated with bladder cancer have been reported.(1) Radiographic demonstration of such a hernia and tumor has been limited mainly to excretory urography and cystography. To our knowledge, no instance of correlation with ultrasonography has been documented. We report ultrasonographic findings of a massive bladder hernia associated with bladder cancer.
