Özet
The emergent flux for radiation transfer in an inhomogeneous half-space for a new choice of c(x) c(x) = 1/1(1 + bx)2 [d - e (1 + bx)2] is calculated by using both the modified-Eddington method and the diffusion theory. Numerical results are given and in the special case as b → O ( homogeneous media) they are compared with the previously reported values. © 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
