When syncronicitic events were claimed on people criminal responsibility whether diminished or abondoned, this case need to apply on spesific and sensitivity events. It was discussed to had many sensorial adaptation during criminal process for effecting on responsibility. It should be discussed syncronicitic events for diminishing or abondonese criminal responsibility. When any ordinary person don't know meaning of syncronicity, he or she use to order for violent behavior to change other person behavior. This is abuse or neglect of human rights. For these reason; amnestic situation for events, obligatory process, rights protecting, sudden using, unexpected events situation, unjust provocation, making mistake with suspect states, purpose delibratey on criminal damage with highly unexpected, enterprising, smallness age, psychiatric disorder, matter abuse were discussed with special events. Every courts should discussed on not only ordinary syncronic events but also spesific and sensitivity events for criminal phenomenology.
