Abstract

Musinous prostatic carcinoma is a very rare pathologic variant of prostate cancer whose natural history and prognosis are not well-known. Herein, we report a case in a 68 year-old man who underwent radical prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer and diagnosed as mucinous prostate adenocarcinoma after pathologic examination. The diagnosis, treatment and pathology of the case were discussed.
