Özet

We report a case of bilateral orbital encephaloceles associated with exophthalmos of the left eye. Orbital encephaloceles, especially bilateral ones, are very rare. The surgical approach to the repair of this defect and reasons for preferring a transcranial approach are described and discussed. © 1990 Raven Press, Ltd., New York.
