Özet

Objective: Discordance between insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and growth hormone (GH) levels is an important problem in the follow-up of patients diagnosed with acromegaly. Our aims were to evaluate the discordance between IGF-1 and GU levels and compare the performance of different cut-off levels for the nadir in GH (GHn) in acromegalic patients.
