Özet

Urease (EC. 3. 5. 1. 5) was immobilized into photographic gelatin-poly(acrylamide) gels by using chromium(III)acetate as crosslinker. The effect of crosslinker concentration, enzyme loading, pH, temperature, supports composition and reuse number on activity were studied. The suitable condition, for an operative and stable system were investigated.
