Özet

Objection: The aim of the case report was to present immediate loading after placement of mandibular six-implant in edentulous mandible. It has been suggested immediate loading provides patient comfort by replacing function and esthetics. Case report: A 61-year-old female patient was applied for prosthetic treatment with generalized bone lose in posterior edentulous area and mobil remaining teeth in anterior mandible. After intraoral and radiographic examination (panoramic film + computerized tomography), compromised anterior teeth were extracted and six-implant were placed immediately (diameter of 4.1mm and lenght of 10 mm for 32 and 43 numbered teeth, diameter of 4.8mm and lenght of 10 mm for 34 and 44 numbered teeth, diameter of 4.1mm and lenght of 8 mm for molar teeth, Meisinger). Multi-unit abutments were placed in accordance with the gingical levels following implant placement. The patient was waited 3-hour for bleeding control after surgery. Digitally impression was taken with an intraoral scanner. (3Shape, TriOs5) Immediate fixed-prostheses was printed from rosin (alias temp c&b a1) by using 3D printer (anycubic m3 printer). Immediate prosthesis was adapted six-hour after implant placement with an additional anesthesics. Final adaptation of the immediate prosthesis was provided by removing any occlusal interferences in centric, protrusive and lateral movements. Conclusion: Although, immediate loading technique was achieved sufficient esthetic and functional outcomes. Even though long-term clinical studies should be evaluated with several cases Keywords: Digital Impression, Edentulism, Immediate Loading
