Abstract

Benorylate, is an analgesic and antiinflammatory compound which is formed as p-acetamidophenyl-acetysalicylate ester of Aspirin and Paracetamol in order to put together two different compounds possessing the same activity. In this review, design, synthesis, pharmacological and physicochemical properties and structure activity relationships of Benorylate are discussed.
