The cost of a good or service is one of the main factors of to supply it. The cost of the education consists of the public and individual educational expenses and opportunity cost. Therefore, the finance of education is the resources that to be needed to meet educational costs. Financing of the higher education is impressed by the exception of the higher education as a public good or private well by the society. In this article, it's discussed the financing of the higher education and developments in higher education in Turkey since 1980. Finally, Turkey higher education system compared with other countries in terms of financing.
