Özet

The effect of various forms and increasing doses of nitrogen on the yield, protein and nitrate content of mushroom was investigated. Calcium ammonium nitrate and urea treatments gave higher yields than that of ammonium sulphate. Increasing N doses up to 800 mg N/kg increased the yield. Regardless of the N forms, protein content increased with increasing N doses. Also, increasing N doses caused increasing nitrate content of mushroom, but this was more strong with the calcium ammonium nitrate treatment.
