Abstract

Routinely, the common femoral vein is used for access in ultrasound-assisted, catheter-directed thrombolysis (USAT). A case of bilateral femoral venous occlusion caused by chronic thrombosis, successfully treated with USAT, using subclavian vein access was presented.
