Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Suprocricold partial laryngectomy with cricohyoidopexy (SPL-CHP) is an alternative technique described for extensive tumors of the larynx that are beyond the limits of classical conservation partial laryngectomy and otherwise would be treated by total laryngectomy.
