Özet

Millions of people have been lost due to HIV/AIDS after complete presentation of the disease. Mortality rates decrease significantly with effective treatments. However, HIV/AIDS is an important infectious disease and a concern for public health. Therefore, knowing fatality rates and mortality rates are very important in patient follow-up. In this study, it was aimed to calculate the fatality rate in patients followed up in a university hospital for eleven years.
