Özet

Libraries are bridges between information and the library user in the context of information retrieval. It is necessary to control the information by cataloging according to related standards for accessing the information. The library users want to access information sources by subject as well as other access elements. Therefore, it is vital to create subject entries in bibliographic records. If subject added entries and their redirection are done correctly, it will make it easier for users to access the information they are looking for.
