Co-existence of endometrial and colon carcinoma is a quite rare clinical entity and is frequently associated with Lynch syndrome. In here, a 47-year-old woman, without any symptoms of colon tumor was presented with diagnosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The preoperative Fluorine-18 Fluorodeoxyglucose (F18-FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) revealed a tumor in the cecum. Colonoscopic biopsy of the mass revealed adencocarcinoma of the colon. Subsequently surgical procedure for endometrial and colon cancer was performed. Preoperative diagnosis was confirmed by the final pathologic analysis. According to Revised Bethesda Guidelines in endometrial carcinomas occurring before age 50, Lynch syndrome should be kept in mind and genetic analysis should be performed for this syndrome. In such patients F18-FDG PET/CT seems to be a valuable diagnostic tool for detecting a colon tumor accompanying endometrial carcinoma preoperatively.
