Özet

The concept of region has begun to come to the forefront as a scale of production and administration for health services within the framework of "Health Transformation Program". The transition process from traditional regionalism to new regionalism observed in today's public management in the form of the relationship between development agencies and the Ministry of Development also reflects the service delivery and planning approach in the health field. This understanding serves the goal of enlarging the scale in regional development and service delivery in a way that completes the regional development in the health field. The present study aims to present the causes and consequences of transformation in the organization of health services in the context of the changing regional approach. In addition, it analyzes the means of administrative and spatial clustering. The regional structure in health services is considered as an extension of the new regionalism approach that presents a picture in line with the new right ideology.
