Özet
We report a case of one-and-a-half syndrome occurring as the first manifestation of central nervous system (CNS) involvement in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The lesion in the pens was documented with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The patient responded quite satisfactorily to high-dose i.v. methylprednisolone therapy.
