The single production of a top quark due to flavour-changing neutral current (FCNC) interaction and its decay to bW are studied at CLIC+LHC based gammap colliders. We consider both tcgamma and tugamma anomalous couplings. The charm (up) quark anomalous coupling parameter K-gamma(c) (k(gamma)(mu)) can be probed down to 9.5 x 10(-3) (8.0 x 10(-3)) at a gammap collider with rootS(ep) = 6.48 TeV and L-int = 100 fb(-1).
