Özet

This paper introduces a new approach of image based filtering and control of combustion processes and temperature regimes of two flows tubular furnaces in an industrial plant. These furnaces are the symmetric MIMO processes having two inputs and two outputs. A fall combustion in such a furnace is related to the smoke image emitted from the chimney and the temperature of chimney gases. A real-time adaptive filter used for this purpose in image sensing system realizes a filtering process for correcting the smoke image. Thus, required optimum combustion conditions is obtained by controlling of oxygen/fuel ratio in the combustion process. For this reason, equivalent system methods are used to investigate and develop image based advanced control structures for these furnaces. Finally, the image-based temperature control design of combined multivariable symmetric cascade system and its results are given.
