Özet
A 10 yr old boy was hospitalized becuase of dyspnea, cough, acute anemia, oliguria and pulmonary hemorrhage. Goodpasture syndrome was diagnosed. Biopsy material taken from the kidney was examined. The microscopic, electron microscopic clinical and laboratory findings of the biopsy are presented.
