Özet

The integration of functional nanocomposites into flexible electrochemical platforms has emerged as an effective strategy to improve analytical performance while enabling portable environmental monitoring. In this work, a flexible electrochemical sensor based on a black phosphorus/silver nanoparticles (BP/AgNPs) nanocomposite deposited onto polyester-supported screen-printed electrodes was developed for chloride ions determination in seawater. The complementary combination of BP and AgNPs integrated the electrochemical contribution of BP with the chloride-responsive behavior of silver, resulting in an enhanced electrochemical response and a broader linear range than that obtained with AgNPs alone. The resulting sensing platform exhibited a detection limit of 0.06 mM, a quantification limit of 0.20 mM and a linear working range from 0.2 to 100 mM. The platform also demonstrated satisfactory repeatability, reproducibility and storage stability, confirming its analytical reliability. Its practical applicability was successfully demonstrated through the analysis of diluted real seawater samples collected from different geographical locations and analyzed by the standard addition method to compensate for matrix effects. The obtained results showed good overall agreement with those obtained by ion chromatography, supporting the applicability of the proposed approach to the investigated seawater matrices. Due to its low cost, portability, rapid analysis, and reliable performance in real samples, the developed BP/AgNPs platform represents a promising tool for seawater analysis and environmental monitoring applications.
