Özet

An unscheduled DNA synthesis was made in the mouse liver primary cell cultures treated by the compnents of the chemical procarcinogens of 5 different classes requiring enzymatic activation and by adirectly active carcinogen. Production of unscheduled DNA synthesis with the spectrum of these chemical carcinogens shows that these cultures substantially retain the metabolic capability of liver to activate various procarcinogens. Therefore, such cultures may be useful in researching the capability of chemical substances to interact with DNA. and hence the priority is suggested to be given to them as potential agents causing cancer.
