Kent içi ulaşım, insanların bir yerden başka bir yere güvenli, hızlı ve emniyetli bir şekilde taşınması açısından önemlidir. Her geçen gün artan nüfus ile birlikte ulaşım talebinin ve araç sayısının artması sonucunda trafik sıkışıklığı, hava ve gürültü kirliliği, trafik kaza sayısının artması gibi problemleri de beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de kent içi ulaşım sorunları konusunda literatür araştırması yapılarak Adana, Bandırma, Bitlis, İzmir, Eskişehir, Isparta ve İstanbul şehirleri incelenmiştir. Büyükşehir belediyelerinde yaşanan sorunların Ankara ile benzer sorunlar içerdiği tespit edilmiştir. Ankara İli’ndeki kent içi ulaşım sorunları incelenerek çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında Ankara’da 125 kişi ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket sonucuna göre, Ankara’da kent içi ulaşımda sorunlar öncelik sırası olmak üzere, %50,4 oranı ile trafik sıkışıklığı ve park etme zorlukları ilk sırada, %18,4 oranı ile toplu taşımanın yetersizliği ikinci sırada, %7,2 oranı ile yolculuk süresinin uzun sürmesi üçüncü sırada, %5,6 oranı ile planlama sorunları dördüncü sırada, %4,8 oranı ile ulaşım altyapı sorunları ve yetersizliği beşinci sırada, % 3,2 oranı ile finansman sorunları altıncı sırada, %2,4 oranı ile toplu taşımanın konforsuz ve güvensiz olması ise yedinci sırada yer almaktadır. Ankara’da kent içi ulaşım sorunlarına çözüm önerisi öncelik sırasına göre birinci sırada %22,4 oranı ile kişisel hareketlilik için bisiklet yollarını ve kullanımının artırılması, %19,2 oranı ile toplu ulaşımın daha cazip hale getirilmesi ikinci sırada, %14,4 oranı ile kent içi ulaşımda entegrasyon ve koordinasyonun sağlanması üçüncü sırada, %12,0 oranı ile sürdürülebilir ulaşım ana planının yapılması dördüncü sırada, %6,4 oranı ile tek tip bilet sistemini (elektronik bilet sistemi) otobüs, minibüs, taksi ve raylı sistemler tümünde uygulanması beşinci sırada, %4,8 oranı ile park yerlerinin artırılması ise altıncı sırada yer almaktadır. Kent içi ulaşımda sorunlara çözüm önerileri; otomobil kullanımını caydırıcı önlemler alınması, ulaşım türlerinde koordinasyon ve entegrasyon sağlanması, toplu ulaşımın daha cazip hale getirilmesi için politikalar geliştirilmesi, ulaşımın çok yönlü yapısı dikkate alınarak planlar yapılması şeklinde sıralanabilir.
Urban transportation is important for transporting people from one place to another safely, quickly and securely. As a result of the ever-increasing population and the increase in transportation demand and the number of vehicles, it brings with it problems such as traffic congestion, air and noise pollution, and an increase in the number of traffic accidents. İn this study, a literature research was conducted on urban transportation problems in Türkiye and in this context, the cities of Adana, Bandırma, Bitlis, Izmir, Eskişehir, Isparta and Istanbul were examined. It has been determined that the problems experienced in metropolitan municipalities are similar to those in Ankara. Urban transportation problems in Ankara Province were examined and solution suggestions were made. Within the scope of the study, a survey was conducted with 125 people in Ankara. According to the results of the survey, the priority order in Ankara is problems in urban transportation, traffic congestion and parking difficulties come first with 50,4%, inadequacy of public transportation comes second with 18,4%, and travel problems with 7.2%. Long duration of transportation time is in the third place, planning problems are in the fourth place with a rate of 5,6 %, transportation infrastructure problems and inadequacy are in the fifth place with a rate of 4,8%, financing problems are in the sixth place with a rate of 3.2%, public transportation problems being uncomfortable and unsafe ranks are in the seventh place with a rate of 2,4%. In order of priority, the solution proposal for urban transportation problems in Ankara comes first, with 22.4% increasing bicycle paths and their use for personal mobility, and making public transportation more attractive with 19,2%, and second with 14,4%. Ensuring integration and coordination in urban transportation ranks third, making a sustainable transportation master plan ranks fourth with a rate of 12%, implementation of a uniform ticket system (electronic ticket system) in all bus, minibus, taxi and rail systems ranks fifth with a rate of 6,4%, Increasing parking spaces ranks sixth with a rate of 4,8%. Solution suggestions to problems in urban transportation; These can be listed as taking measures to deter the use of automobiles, ensuring coordination and integration in transportation types, developing policies to make public transportation more attractive, and making plans taking into account the multifaceted nature of transportation.
