Abstract

The optimum conditions (pH, protein amount, subtrate concentration and incubation time) of 7-ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase(EROD), 7-pentoxyesorufin-O-deethylase(PROD), eryhtromycin-N-demethylase (ERND), coumarin 7-hydroxylase (Coh) and p-nitrophenol (PNP) activities in the lung and kidney of rat were determined in microsomes. In this study, it was found out that, different reaction conditions are required for these enzyme activities in rat lund and kidney microsomes.
