Abstract

The benefit of pre-transplant consolidation treatments remains unclear in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Here, 57 patients with ALL who underwent allo-HSCT with myeloablative conditioning in first complete remission were evalu-ated. Overall survival was significantly better in patients receiving >= 2 consolidation compared to patients who receiving < 2 consolidation (P = 0.03).
