Abstract

Neuromonitorization during scoliosis surgery is important especially in patients without a previous history of neurological defect. In this article, we discussed our management of a patient whom we had performed neurological evaluation with wake-up test during scoliosis surgery and paraplegia developed following surgery and also we had mentioned the importance of neuromonitorization and other possible monitorization methods.
