In this paper, we investigate a curve whose spherical images (the tangent indicatrix and binormal indicatrix) are spherical slant helices and called it as a C-slant helix. This notation is a generalization of a slant helix and special case of k-slant helix defined by Ali (2012). We obtain the axis of the curve and Theorem (3.5) via the alternative moving frame and the Sabban frame, respectively. Furthermore, we give some new characterizations of the C-slant helix and prove that a curve of C-constant precession is a C-slant helix. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
