Abstract

OBJECTIVES: Patients on venoarterial or venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support may require venoarterial-venous (VAV-ECMO) configuration during follow-up. We report 12 cases of VAV-ECMO with significant outflow steal.
