Biyografi
Mevsim Çağla Cengiz Gülsoy is a PhD candidate in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Her research focuses on labor law, discrimination, gender and employment, and work and organizational behavior. Her current work examines the relationship between Positive Psychological Capital and organizational commitment among cabin crew members in the aviation sector.
